One of downtown's finest polished stone facades is crowned by a pressed metal roof with ball finials, a scrolled cornice, and a corner mansard tower. Restored to glory for $3.4 million, the old fraternal hall has new stone street-front columns and a grand, central stained glass window rehabilitated and encased in protective Lexan. Behind a dutiful facade restoration, Curt Fentress rearranged the interior, adding a skylighted atrium, a glass elevator, and a magnificent basement bar.
