This three-story commercial corner of red and yellow brick housed offices of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad before conversion to a hotel in 1909. Above the first floor, pilasters separating window bays culminate in third-story arches. A terracotta bust of a Cheyenne Indian guards the northeast corner entrance, to what became, in 1994, the Phantom Canyon Brew Pub.
