This Post-modern version of the county courthouse is a stark, elongated, single-story brick shed with a standing-seam metal roof. Ornament consists solely of the pedimented entry from the previous courthouse (1923) with its Ionic columns and round-arched portal, flanked by antique globe streetlights. Inside is a model of the old Neoclassical courthouse, demolished in 1992.
