This is one of the finest of Colorado's WPA bridges. It has six 14-foot round arches springing from battered piers with alternating narrow and wide stones. An eight-man crew used stone hauled by teams from a nearby quarry to build the $20,000 structure and another single-span bridge 50 yards north over another gully.
