St. Thomas Episcopal Church is a traditional one-story, wood-framed, white-clapboard chapel, with a small steeple and windows shaped in a Gothic Revival style. The interior has magnificent original cross-braced wooden trusses. In 2013 the church was refurbished and repainted and, despite being in a historic district, the wooden steps were replaced by an over-sized concrete stair and ramp.
