A blend of Romanesque Revival and Renaissance Revival forms, this imposing bluestone building features a central tower and first- and second-story lanai. When completed, the building housed Punahou's administrative offices as well as many of its classrooms. The incongruous dome capping the tower was erected to house the science department's telescope. The building was rehabilitated in 1991 under the direction of CJS Group.
