This hall is a two-story exercise in the Richardsonian Romanesque. The building sits on a raised basement. The foundation and trim are of limestone, the upper walls of brick; shingles clothe the gable ends. There is a large bay tower at the left side of the building, and a small lantern pops up on the ridge of the roof.
