Marcusen House

-A A +A
1939, Kraetsch and Kraetsch. 2027 Nash Dr.

Kraetsch and Kraetsch, who had designed the Moderne Butler house ( CE154), here produced a smaller middle-class suburban model. The front entrance lies adjacent to the garage that projects from the flat-roofed two-story white stucco box. To the rear is an enclosed screen porch and large windows looking out onto the private garden.
