In this small brick farm dwelling, the Gothic Revival style has been combined with the Italianate. The scheme is that of a one-and-a-half-story cottage with a central entrance and gable that projects slightly from the face of the building. The roofs are steep, and the tops of the upper windows in the gable ends all have pointed arches. The entrance porch, on the other hand, is Italianate. Limestone has been used for the foundation, and the first-floor windows have decorated stone lintells.
