In the 1930s variations on the English Regency were frequently used for suburban houses and even for medical offices and stores. The designer of the Brady house has arranged its principal windows into repeated groups of four casements and transom windows. A gentle segmented parapet projects above the eaves of the low-pitched hipped roof. On the garden side of the house is a veranda with wide arches.
