A segment of a circular screen has been placed in front of this single-story building made of concrete block. The design concept is classical, almost Palladian, but the fenestration and details are pure modernist. A slice has been cut out of the center of the curved screen wall, and through this cut one can catch a glimpse of a gabled end placed over a continuous glass area.
