A charming Spanish Colonial Revival bungalow, this residence features an arched opening leading into the entrance porch, with a tiny walled terrace to the side. The roof is parapeted except for a tinge of tile over the entrance. The rough, tactile stucco walls are of a finish labeled “Spanish Lac” in trade journals.
