The Saint Paul, Minnesota, architect E. Richard Cone provided his client with the latest image in this Streamline Moderne dwelling. Into the white painted brick walls of the two-story house he has placed a variety of window shapes, ranging from portholes to elongated stepped windows that mirror the internal circular staircase. A feature seldom encountered in Moderne designs is the sloped, exposedsteel roof used over a portion of the house.
