An interesting essay in Richardsonian Romanesque is this rough-cut fieldstone house, originally built in 1890 at 2763 E. Jefferson Avenue near downtown, but moved to the present location in 1920–1921. When he reerected the house, the owner reversed the plan to achieve a mirrored image.
