This charming building of stucco over poured concrete was constructed in the Mission Revival style to match the nearby Western Pacific Railroad Depot (1910; demolished 1980s). In the early twentieth century many regional railroads favored this style for their buildings as a symbol of the West. Despite the popularity of the style during this period, these were the only two examples in Winnemucca. The building served as the power and water company's offices and
