This one-and-one-half-story brick house is one of sixteen similar dwellings arranged along a U-shaped street in the residential area of the depot. Though much smaller and simpler than the commander's residence, this house, with its brick walls, side-gabled roof, and small front dormer window, continues the Colonial Revival theme of the oldest part of the base. A recessed porch located within a corner of the house has arched openings, now screened, with a door inserted in the central arch.
