This frame Italianate building was once located at the heart of the Pennsylvania Canal's shipping docks. It was built for Joseph H. Long, who shipped agricultural produce out of Lock Haven and brought in foodstuff and coal. Today, the building has been converted into apartments, but the storefront configuration and scrolled brackets, dentils, and decorative window frames are preserved.
