The Westfield Grange is a local lodge of the fraternal organization for farmers, founded in 1912, called the Patrons of Husbandry. The lodge members asked W. I. Clark, a principal in the Eckles firm, to design their meeting hall. This small, one-and-one-half-story, hipped-roof brick meeting hall has a parapeted dormer on the facade. There are two other grange buildings in Lawrence County: Liberty Grange on PA 108 and Willard Grange on Frew Mill Road.
