Commercial Building (Warner Theater)
The former theater, designed by the wellknown Chicago-based theater architects, has an off-center tower with streamlined reeding that contrasts with the cast-stone Art Deco geometric floral ornament above each of the shops. The auditorium was demolished and replaced with offices, but the facade is the high-water mark of West Chester's commercial architecture.
