This one-story commercial building stacks blocks of cast stone between layers of brick to achieve a rusticated effect. Display windows facing Main Street feature cast-iron columns midway between brick piers. The frieze zone of the wall contains a series of recessed panels framed between raised brick bands, and entrance to the building is at the corner through an inset columned bay. Opposite at 503 Main Street the columned corner entrance is also a feature of the two-story former Citizens State Bank–Crescent Drug Company Building of 1909.
