An Italian Villa in a city dominated by Spanish Colonial Revival, the Robertson House was featured in Architectural Forum in April 1930. In keeping with its inspiration, the most important room of the house, the drawing room, is placed on the second floor and given emphasis on the exterior by the arcaded loggia that overlooks the front lawn. John B. Robertson owned the Lutly Battery Equipment Company.
