Standing alone on Broadway Boulevard, this house built for San Antonio merchant Saul Wolfson survives as the sole reminder of the once residential character of this section of the city. The facade of the L-plan house makes use of a variety of architectural idioms, with Italianate porches and balconies and Greek Revival moldings atop the facade doors and windows. The house is occasionally open to the public.
