Warren Young was Victoria's foremost modern architect. This complex of one-story medical professional buildings is in the spirit of O'Neil Ford's and Richard S. Colley's modern Texas regionalism of the 1960s. An exposed concrete post, beam, and deck structural system is infilled with red brick wall planes, clerestory windows, and door and window panels. The roof deck projects to shade perimeter sidewalks and gives access to offices. Planted spaces intervene to keep surface parking at bay.
