Cotton Palace Bed-and-Breakfast (W. H. Johnson House)

This house is a distinctive example of Arts and Crafts influence. Lane uses half-timbering, broad overhanging eaves with knee braces, and a balanced composition to make this stately house a real treat. Recently rehabilitated, the house maintains much of its original design and uses appropriate paint colors to enhance it.
