This three-story Art Deco commercial structure housed the operations of Western Union until 1983. Zigzag motifs and polychrome brick and terra-cotta courses, along with the stepped parapets, evidence Davies’s modernist design roots and enliven the streetscape in Sundance Square with its strong emphasis on visual engagement.
