The three-story tall, flat, white stucco facade, subtly scored with horizontal and diagonal lines, replaced a 1926 theater that burned in 1934 and again in 1935. Vertical red and white lines terminate at a cornice of dentil-like red and white shapes. The volunteer group Childress Theater Company began restoration in 2010 with the facade, marquee, and banner sign.
