Constructed by the Hawn Lumber Company near the rail tracks, this building housed a grocery on the first floor and offices on the second. The storefront, with typical inset doors, has a pair of cast-iron columns. The cornice over the second floor is a tall combination of brick corbeling carrying piers with stone caps and a small, central stone pediment.
