Buried deep in the woods in a rural landscape, this small temple-form church fronted by a tetrastyle portico with fluted Doric columns seems almost a garden folly. The building is a simple rectangle with twin entrance doors. The interior is largely original. A gallery is at the rear. The pews retain mahogany and bird's-eye maple graining. The pulpit is set off by marbleized steps. The congregation now resides in Providence Forge, and the church is open for memorial services.
