Originally built for commercial and office use, this building has been renovated by the state government. The first floor is a cast iron front manufactured by Richmond's famous Tredegar Iron Works. The front has a small pediment in the middle of each bay. The upper floors are brick. Marcellus Wright's top-floor addition has arched windows.
