This U-shaped ten-story building is testament to the wealth and power of the Masons in the early twentieth century, when they were able to finance the tallest building in Danville. The concrete and steel building, faced with glazed white terra-cotta, rests on a two-story base with Tudor-arched storefronts and windows. Above the base, the intermediate floors have rectangular windows set in shallow vertical recesses. The two top floors are taller and have larger windows. Tudor-arched windows mark the presence of the Masonic meeting rooms on the upper floor.
