This building and its neighbor at 112 E. Main are both two-story rock-faced ashlar commercial structures. Both were probably laid by Italian immigrant Dominick Cozzolino, who lived in Lebanon and is credited with much of the town's stonework dating from the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. These include the foundations of many downtown buildings, some stone buildings, and numerous rock walls.
