1964, Greife, Daly and Hoblitzell. Northwest corner of Court Ave. and Market St., on axis with Main St.

A severe, formal symmetry characterizes this yellow brick, limestone-trimmed building standing on a low granite base. Its five-bay facade is centered with a broad frontispiece containing a recessed entrance at first-floor level and a metal screen above, with the words Lincoln County affixed at the top. Designed by a Charleston architecture firm, the building is a typical expression of 1960s modernism.
