This diminutive temple of finance offers a refreshing touch of Mammon in what might otherwise have been an overly somber grouping of temples to God and Academe. Its facade accords with the earlier Greek Revival buildings, though the color, yellow brick with limestone and wood trim, differs. Tuscan pilasters define the three bays of the facade and support a full entablature. A carved stone roundel with a buffalo, appearing as an enlarged version of a buffalo nickel, centers the pediment.
