Novelty Windmill (Hart House)
A two-story frame hexagonal windmill house and substantial Dutch Colonial Revival dwelling were the center of a group of thirteen cottages built by former Fitzsimons Army Hospital patient Col. Arthur L. Hart for rental to hospital workers and tourists. It is now the centerpiece of a mobile home park.
