A two-story square bell tower at the northwest corner, topped by a wooden turret with eight pinnacles, distinguishes this uncoursed granite building, home of a congregation founded by Reverend Sheldon Jackson. Pointed-arched doors and windows are outlined in red brick. The remodeled interior, with flat white plaster walls and ceiling, is lighted by stained and frosted glass windows. The walnut pews were divided in 1965 to form a center aisle.
