This beautifully proportioned Tuscan-style house uses red brick for understated trim as well as the skin. The interior is lavish in details, with molded plaster ceilings and faux marble columns. The three-story carriage house, now stuccoed, has been converted to a separate residence at 1955 Albion Street. Note also the full-size Burlington freight car and caboose in the garden of the half-timbered Tudor Revival house at 1980 Bellaire Street (corner of Montview Boulevard).
