This home on a quiet, tree-shaded street was converted in 1963 to a house museum with collections of old photos, animal skulls, and hats. The basement houses the Frontier Historical Society's archives, while the master bedroom features a model coal mine jammed with memorabilia. An oversized dormer and awkward-looking new brick columns on the full-length front porch make the house less graceful than many neighboring Victorian and bungalow dwellings.
