The oldest structure on campus, this three-story building of local red pressed brick with a rhyolite foundation has sandstone trim for the round entry arch, corbeling, cornice, and stepped parapet. This building is one of the best works of prominent Golden contractor Herbert Tracy Quick, father of Tracy Quick, a Golden architect.
