Eastlake elements such as the porch spoolwork and apron dress up this single-story, red brick home beneath a steep roof with shingled gables and an eyebrow dormer. The Charles Andrewses moved next door to 322 Oak Street in 1893 after Montezuma Fuller completed that house. The small, elegant house at 324 Oak is now used by the CSU history department for seminars and meetings.
