The south gatehouse of Cleveholm Manor at Redstone in Pitkin County ( PT37) was dismantled and moved in 1945 to Grand Junction to serve as a residence. Brothers Louis, Nunzio, and Vincent Grasso, Grand Junction's star stonemasons, relaid the building's large, quarry-face red and white sandstone blocks. The stone Tudor arches of the porch complement the vehicle gateway arch at the side of the house. Above the sandstone first floor, the stuccoed second floor has a half-timbered gable, and the flat roof of the porch serves as a small terrace for the second story.
