J. R. Bradshaw, a successful orchard owner and realtor, built one of the more substantial-looking homes along Palisade's main street. This two-and-one-half-story brick house has a hipped roof with projecting gables on east and north sides. A Corinthian-columned porch extends from the east bay across the north facade to end in a pedimented gable at the northwest corner above the entry. The sloping porch roof is supported by Composite columns atop a solid brick balustrade capped in stone. The clapboard barn has been converted to a four-car garage.
