Thomas Barber, a noted Colorado Springs architect, designed elegant Mission Revival churches like this throughout Colorado. Two domed towers rise above the curvilinear parapet on the asymmetrical facade. Round arches repeat in windows and doorways and in the open arches of the bell towers. Smaller windows flank the large, central stained glass window, which portrays Jesus conversing with the Samaritan women at the well. The beige brick walls are enhanced by narrow, battered buttresses.
