This large four-square has a typical attic dormer and twin second-story windows. Dentils and quoins emphasize the symmetrical composition on a rectangular plan. This beautifully maintained specimen wears red brick with white wooden trim, including latticework under the Tuscan-columned porch. Constructed for Edwin L. Davis, it is one of old Telluride's finest residences, although it would be a typical home in many Denver neighborhoods. Charles “Buck” Waggoner, president of the Bank of Telluride, later lived here.
