Lagoon Tower

Originally conceived as a rental apartment building set within a resort context, this twenty-four-story high-rise was upgraded and renovated in 2001 and now operates as a time-share complex. Set apart from the rest of the Village by an expansive front lawn, the building is articulated with buttresslike vertical structural members, scalloped lanai, and the penthouses' floor-to-ceiling windows set behind an arcaded loggia.
