As with the previous house, English Tudor detailing has been effectively realized in this one-and-a-half-story cottage. A steeply pitched half-timbered gable with bargeboards projects well above the adjacent hipped roof. The pointed arch of the central entrance doorway is repeated in the window of the door itself.
