The architect provided a one-and-a-half-story brick-sheathed Tudor cottage for his client. A single steeply pitched gable with half-timbering and brick infill faces the street. The roof of this gable changes pitch on the left side, assuming a gentle curve. Various types of dormers with hipped or flat roofs project from the main roof of the dwelling. Though of reasonable size, the house reads as a small, modest cottage.
