Though much of the ground floor of this two-story Queen Anne block has been remodeled, what establishes the building's hold on the street is the smallish bay tower at the street corner. There is a curved plate-glass window between two narrow double-hung windows; above is a tall, somewhat Islamic dome covered in metal.
