House

-A A +A
c. 1875. Southeast corner of E. Prospect and N. Water streets

The Gothic and the Italianate styles have been brought together in the design of this two-and-a-half-story house. The angled two-story bay window and the pedimented window are strongly Italianate, while the steeply pitched roof and wall dormers point to the Gothic. The specific manner in which all of these features have been brought together is highly unusual.
