Here in this school are the elements of the PWA Moderne: horizontal windows, curved walls, and horizontal banding, all handled in a somewhat formal fashion. The detailing of the brick walls of this two-story building carried on into the 1930s many features usually associated with the Art Deco of the late twenties.
