This distinctive pedestrian bridge connects three major land areas currently divided by the confluence of the Chippewa and Tittabawassee rivers. Radiating from a single center pier, each span is three hundred feet from midstream to land. The Tridge is constructed of treated timbers. Uncongested access to a variety of activities previously inconvenient to reach is gained by the Tridge. It was the inspiration of Carl and Esther Gerstacker.
